How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 5 business days in addition to the expected shipping time. You can expect to receive your items within 12-20 business days (2-4 weeks) for the United States. Shipping to the rest of the world may take 30-40 business days (4-8 weeks) for packages to reach their destination.
 
*Note: in the unlikely event that an item gets held up at customs, shipping can take up to 60 days to reach the customer. If after 60 days, the customers has not received the item, they will be immediately refunded.
 

I did not receive everything in my order. Does my products arrive separately?

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship your products from different manufacturers and warehouses around the world. You can expect items to be packed separately and might arrive on different days/times. If you receive a package and it doesn’t include your complete order, it’s likely that your items was shipped from a different warehouse. Please give it some time to arrive.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer customer satisfaction guarantee on all retail products. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can contact us and return it for a full refund within 14 days AFTER you receive your product. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

If there was a mistake made on our behalf, we will exchange the item with the correct order and take care of any shipping charges incurred by the customer.

All sales are final on free products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on free items or on the shipping cost associated with them.

 

How do I return my product?

Please send us a message on the contact us page, with your order number and any relevant details and we will process your return. Please provide a tracking number with your return as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Occasionally, one of our products may be out of stock. In such cases, we recommend that you join our e-mail list so we can contact you of any new and updated products, discounts and giveaways!

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us immediately. Please understand that we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched or that are too far into the dispatch process. We will try our very best to cancel the order and process your refund, however we cannot guarantee every request will be successful.
